Along with the price of the property, you should be expected to pay TAX, Land registration costs and possibly other fees.


We can provide an early estimate and evaluation of expenses including potentially  hidden expenses or liabilities.

WE CONTRACT

We may fully represent an absent Client, from the start of the process till the delivery of the final deed.


 You may also engage us to draft, review, and authenticate the purchase and sale agreement.

WE REGISTER

We organise and submit all documents and paperwork required for land and/or property registration procedures.


We consider our service concluded when the property is properly registered in your name.
